Shores Villas Condominium Association strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Our Standard

We aim for this website and the resident portal to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is designed to work with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, and with browser zoom and text resizing.

We reviewed the site against these guidelines in October 2026 and fixed the issues we found. We will continue to review new features as they are added.

Known Limitations

Some documents uploaded to the portal, such as scanned PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in a different format, please contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative.
